      It certainly is a beautiful ranch and a very interesting place at that. I’m there quite frequently, for the ranch, the Texas White House and the Sauer-Beckmann Farm.

      gespannt worauf? Auf das Ergebnis der Rueckzuechtung? Das siehst Du hier. Die Herefords im State Park sind, so hat man mir erklaert, kleiner und kompakter als heutzutage „normal“, und dieses etwas kompaktere Rind war es, was Johnson da eingefuehrt hat.
      Ich habe mich da in meiner Formulierung wohl etwas unklar ausgedrueckt.
