Thanks, Amy, for the positive evaluation. 🙂 I was lucky that I saw this fawn and its dam from my desk here in the office [the window overlooks part of our front yard].
But as I said to John, maybe the focus wasnt‘ exactly on the fawn.
The only (slight) negative item here: the focus point seems to be just a tad before the fawn so it is ever so slightly blurred. But maybe that just adds to the effect.

Well, it’s just a tad only. I don’t think, though, it is because of the spots in the fawn’s coat.
