I love those. But they’re not in bloom just now – not any more, that is. They were still in (full0 bloom a week or two ago. This picture, though, was taken in the middle of last summer. Here, in this „Bilderbuch Blaog“, I publish pictures not in a time sequence, but just as I find them when I’m „leafing“ through the pictures on my computer’s HD.
Ja, so eine blauen Himmel haben wir hier oft. Einerseits natuerlich wunderbar, andererseits heisst das aber auch, es ist trocken – und Trockenheit bis hin zur Duerre haben wir hier (viel) zu viel.
Fuer mich selber denke ich mal, ich bin aber auch nie zufrieden! 😉 Aber ernsthaft, wenn es denn – wie es hier nicht selten vorkommt – zwei Monate ohne eine Tropfen Regen hat, und mit staendig 35 bis 40 Grad, und manchmal mehr, dann sehnt man sich wirklich wieder nach Regen!

Es gibt die Crape Myrtles in verschiedenen Farbe. Diese hier gefallen uns ganz besonders.

Ohne einen Tropfen Regen ist dann nach Wochen auch mühsam, kann ich nachvollziehen… Das beste Wetter ist nix irgendwie
