Creative Break

Many of you will have asked themselves if I might have got lost somewhere, but – as you can see here – I am still around. And it has not exactly been a „creative“ break. I’ve somewhat changed my priorities for a while and have take to reading, a hobby of mine that has had far too much been short-changed in the ast few years, mostly because I spent so much time on my computer. In addition to that there is also the fact that I still have so many pictures from our recent travels to sort and edit, plus so many articles for my blog(s) to write that I really didn’t know where to begin and just hit the inner „pause“ button. Or rather, that button kind of hit itself. Anyway: the long and the short of it is that I’m still around, very much alive and kicking, but that it might be a while still until I resume blogging. Meanwhile, as you have seen, I still am following your blogs.

Schöpferische Pause

Viele von Euch werden sich gefragt haben, wo ich denn nun abgeblieben bin, aber – wie Ihr hier sehen könnt – ich weile noch unter den Lebenden. Aber eine „schöpferische“ Pause ist es nun doch nicht. Ich habe in der letzten Zeit meine Prioritäten etwas anders gesetzt und einmal wieder ein anderes meiner Steckenpferde gesattelt und mehr gelesen, ein eigentlich vielgeliebtes Hobby, das aber seit Langem viel zu kurz gekommen ist, weil ich (viel zu) viel Zeit am Computer verbracht habe. Dazu kommt auch die Tatsache, dass ich immer noch so viele Bilder von unseren letzten Reisen zu sortieren und zu bearbeiten habe, sowie so viele Berichte für meine Blogs zu schreiben, dass ich wirklich nicht wusste, wo ich anfangen sollte und so den inneren „Pausenkopf“ gedrückt habe. Nein, nicht ganz: er hat sich vielmehr selber gedrückt. Wie dem auch sei: kurz zusammengefasst bedeutet das Ganze, dass ich immer noch da bin, gesund und unter, aber dass es durchaus noch eine Weile dauern kann, bis ich das Bloggen wieder aufnehme. In der Zwischenzeit aber folge ich, wie Ihr ja bestimmt gemerkt habt, dennoch Euren Blogs.
