That’s a gorgeous sunset — it conveys more warmth than you’ve had recently. How are things on your place, post-ice? I saw some photos from an acquaintance up the road in Llano county that were pretty impressive. He got out his calipers and measured the ice on some of his trees: as much as 1.51″. Not good!
We were really lucky on that day with the weather, Linda: no rain, no fog, and some good sunshine. Unfortunately, though, only a few whooping cranes far in the distance.
We were lucky with the weather here in Fredericksburg, too. Not much ice, neither on the streets nor on the trees.
